The price is okay. Like most places rent goes up each year. My main issues are the lack of LIGHT and there’s a neighborhood behind you, below, to the sides etc. I can hear everything my bottom neighbor does. Why is there only ONE window in each room????? And there are NO PEEP HOLES on the doors 🙄 i should have done more research but i was desperate at the time and there wasn’t really an opportunity to view apartment before getting it.
I thought I would hate living in an apartment but I love it here. Barbara and the staff are the best. The neighbors are mostly wonderful. Quiet and safe place. Everyone looks out for everyone here. I've lived here over a year and I'm glad I found this place.
Its nice complex. Serene & quiet with the ducks around the lake. The pool is not usually crowded and always clean
Love it here .Quiet .Well maintained.Management very attentive.Secure.Would definitely recommend to someone at this time.
