My lease is a hold over from before they took over the property. Since Atlas has taken over I have had charges added to my account that are not on my current lease on 2 different occasions since July. One of them I was able to get resolved but then the following month I have another charge added to the account that isn’t in the lease. I understand these charges would be on any lease renewal but the lease I’m on Atlas didn’t write. Getting these issues resolved is a nightmare, as is getting a response to a text, call, or e-mail is unbelievably difficult. I’m not a difficult tenet but the lack of communication is very frustrating. I try as much as I can to resolve any issues through text or e-mail but I am not finding that effective. I’ve had nothing but issues since atlas took over. I’ve had maintenance requests put in, acknowledged and then never taken care of. I follow up multiple times and still can’t get anything accomplished. When you add up the charges they put on my account that are not supposed to be there with the fact I can’t get them to do A single thing for me makes me feel like I am Not getting any value with this leasing company. They are more concerned with fixing the vacant units than taking care of the people that currently live on the property. They took over the property on June 15th and are the first leasing company I’ve had any issues like this with. Update- had a productive talk with the property manager. Seems like some of this is going to get worked though. I’ll stay patient and see if things really improve. If the things discussed actually move forward I will update here and change my rating again as I’m always willing to give people a chance to make things better.

I wish I could say they'll eagerly help you find a place but they won't. They'll ignore you and let someone else in front of you. They pick and choose who gets what. They'll claim a refund you'll never see. My choices are limited and I've got no option but to deal with someone who'll leave you hanging for days and let you think you are in the running. Days in this market means you miss out on any other rentals. I'm frustrated and devastated. Won't give you any clue what you need to get approved or where the application stands. Just want your money.
I cant get anyone to answer or return my calls or texts about properties. I know my application has been approved, and I have the money needed to get into a place. Might have better luck with a different agency.
