Overall, we absolutely loved Cityscape. Pros: 1) The management team is incredible and are willing to bend over backwards to make your time at the community enjoyable. 2) There's constantly resident events and perks to living there. 3) The whole building is beautiful and clean. 4) the city/ mountain views are unbeatable. Cons: 1) No pet facilities (which is why we ultimately left) 2) We lived on the 18th floor and could constantly hear traffic and construction. It can be pretty loud at times. Finally, Cityscape can't really do anything about this, but because of the downtown location, there's a lot of homeless around and it can be challenging to walk outside without getting hustled for money, drugs, etc. I would definitely recommend Cityscape Residences.
Such an awesome place to live. Great views, great amenities, and most importantly, great personnel. Joe at the front desk always goes the extra mile to make our apartment feel like home. The maintenance team is very prompt and always gets things done fast.
It's imperative to update pricing and available units. Regardless if there is an error in pricing or units, the customer feels slighted when that price is not honored. We live in an age where everything is done online, the only thing that will remain constant in-person is making babies and having dinner. So believe me, when I initially submitted my application, I could already feel how cathartic the pool would be, I could smell the rosemary in my unit to only receive a call apprising me of the error.... I hope you find this message more informative and not a review.. .
Beware on the pricing here. I was watching an apartment the past couple weeks, somewhat interested, and I literally watched its price go up a whopping $154 per month as a $1000 move-in special was added. BS move and a hard pass now. Raising the cost to at least cover the promotion is the oldest trick in the book. I would have rather had the $154 per month which in the course of a year is much more than $1000. I've been in Cityscape Residences. They're nice, but they are aging. I would expect them to be comparatively cheaper than say, Ryan, or Linx, or Adeline.
Have lived in total for about 4 years - the staff is always top notch (what you'd expect from a high end building), if there's an issue, the maintenance team is very responsive and quick to make the repairs. The views are outstanding and you always meet interesting people that live in the building!
