Unethical practices by agent Ruth Carratas-Vargas. She refused to present our offer to her agents after they agreed to the price. After excuse after excuse, she sold it to someone else even though she broke our original agreed price. I even offered them the full price and she said that she is withdrawing any offers. Three weeks later, it's under contract. I don't know if some side deals, kickbacks, or whatever, but there's some unethical practices going on here. Although Llyod, the manager, took the time to speak with me, he doesn't seem to have any power over the agents. Do not do business with them!
Called the office because we are thinking about selling our home and move onto a bigger house. We were transfer to an agent and got a lot of information about our next steps. The agent was very professional on the phone yet didn't try to rush us into anything, we will be for sure in a month or so, and we will definitely consider listing our home with Coldwell Banker.
Thank you so much to Tola Marinho, with Coldwell Banker. Tola is a true professional and supported her Buyer through the initial stages of purchasing a New Home Construction with Princeton Classic Homes in Upland Square. Communication, Professionalism and Urgency are KEY in the Real Estate Industry, and Tola and I stayed engaged until the Buyer committed to her First Home. I have been in Real Estate for many years, and I am always refreshed when I get to work with another fantastic Realtor Partner. Tola has knowledge, presence and a sincere business approach…THANK YOU AGAIN! I look forward to a continued working relationship with you!
