I am not someone to leave reviews but in this case we should let you all know. Community is beautiful no complaints there. However, they will make you pay for broken items and not fix it. I take responsibility for it being my fault even though I submitted the payment that was asked it still takes months for them to replace what was broken. Several work orders go by and they cancel, question why and they say the part is being ordered. Months go by and still nothing. Community is being managed as if this was a C class property. They communicate things like about parking but why is it hard to communicate when my maintenance requests will be fixed. I know I’m not the only one having these problems and as you read the reviews you will notice. Not sure if it’s just the on site management or if it’s management in general who just doesn’t care. In all hopes this is just to get some change and people who care about the residents who call this place home.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, the apartment complex looks very nice but in reality they use the cheapest, weakest materials for the apartment so that they have to spend less money up front and then charge you a fortune when things inevitably break. One small item fell into our sink and it shattered with no resistance at all, we could then see that the sinks are super thin and thus ready to break extremely easily. This occurred a few months before our move out, and we quickly put in a work order to have it repaired so that we could use our bathroom sink again. After literal MONTHS of basically zero communication (people in the front office ignoring my calls, literally forgetting that I had even put in a work order for this in the first place) and us having to use our kitchen sink instead of our bathroom sink, the office finally says that they are not going to fix the sink until after we move out. If you ever have to contact the front office about anything, expect to be treated with disrespect. We had multiple noise issues throughout our time there (including one family that decided to give 4 year olds various instruments to blare in the middle of the central, echoey courtyard for hours while I was trying to work from home), and the front office will simply tell you to handle it yourself or be snarky and act like you're the one being rude. The paint used for the walls is extremely cheap and literally brushing against the wall will leave a mark (which they will then charge a ridiculous $270 dollar repainting fee for when you move out). Not only will they charge you an insane amount of money upfront in what they say is their "final statement", a full WEEK later, they contact us again saying they have a "revised" final statement and expect another full $150 (bringing the move-out costs to a ludicrous $604). All of this from a company that claims to be a luxury apartment that cares about its tenants. I've also heard of multiple cars being stolen and/or broken into in the gated parking garage, something which management also apparently refuses to help with. All I can say is that I am glad we were able to get out, and to avoid this place at all costs. It may look like a cheaper option upfront, but their use of shoddy materials that will absolutely break during your lease will cost you a fortune for them to replace upon move out (especially if they decide you need to pay a second, even more expensive "final statement" like they did for us).

Parking is an absolute nightmare here, you get one spot per unit and there’s very little open spots for a second car or guests. Those open spots are also almost always full and you have to be home before 2 pm to get one. We’ve also had our truck broken into and they stole everything including registration and insurance cards. Inside the unit and building is very nice and kept well, our shower was leaking in the corner and resulted in a damaged wall. It looked like the wall had been fixed before when we moved in but they didn’t fix the actual leak so it just came right back.

Worst living experience I've had. Management is useless, they really don't help you solve issues and when you are looking to leave they make it impossible. Noise control is nonexistent in this place and if you complain they basically say you just have no tolerance for noise. After living here I also heard from a couple of other people who left this place for the same reasons. Very unfortunate because the apartments are nice and very well located, but it just becomes unbearable to live in. It's a horrible feeling when you dread being inside your own place.

Greenleaf has been my home for over a year and a half now. I relocated here alone with my pup from the East Coast, and deeply appreciated the welcoming and friendly staff from day 1. I was so stressed and afraid never being this far away from anyone I know, but Roxanne and Stephanie really helped ease my mind. The staff really is so supportive, responsive, helpful, and KIND all the time – which I feel is so rare nowadays. Aside from the great staff, the location of Green Leaf is central to everything, tons of places to eat/drink nearby, the pool and courtyard area is like that of a luxury resort (LITERALLY), and the gym is 2 floors and equipped with high-end machines that are always clean and actually work. On a personal note, I’ve also met some really great neighbors I now consider lifelong friends - which made living here even better. I’m so happy I chose Greenleaf as my home -best decision ever!
