After checking out a few apartments around Phoenix I decided to drop by here and see how it looked like. I am so glad that I did because I knew this place was the one I wanted after seeing it in person. Although they didn’t have any availabilities when I went in person, Priscilla told me about the website availability page. A day later I decided to check it and there was a single one bedroom open I applied for it and Priscilla was able to walk me through any questions I had. She also called back the same day and told me I gotta as for the apartment and answered any other questions I had.
So far I've had a pleasant experience communicating with Jennifer and some of the other staff! Sometimes it does take some time for a response back but I understand they are busy, especially since they are preparing to open. I usually just opt for a phone call for a quicker response! I like the location and being close to downtown and the surrounding areas! This was my first time applying for an apartment and they have been very helpful and nice. I am nervous but excited to be moving in and I can't wait to see the finished product and my apartment! I do wish they included a fitness center:( but that's definitely not a deal breaker for me!
I was interested in the apartments for the price size and location. The process was good unfortunately the google reviews were correct. I spoke with someone named Jennifer and she was very helpful but when I brought up the google review about them being a scam along with the hidden fee they ghosted me. If you don't want to lose 200 I recommend staying away from this complex.
I like the boutique size floor plans,I just graduated,and this keeps me in the downtown area at a great price. Jennifer was the one that assisted me with my application process because this was my first time applying for an apartment I was a little scared. However her genuine personality made me feel at ease. Can’t wait to move it !
With covid in full effect and the moratorium extended an extra month, it was very difficult finding apartment complexes or even leasing agencies with adequate customer service. That was not the case with Imperial Apartments. Whenever I called, I was greeted warmly by Jennifer, Jeffrey or Priscilla which was a refreshing change of pace from the robo-representatives I had become so used to while calling other rental properties. They are even warmer in person. What impressed me, however, was the extra miles they took to facilitate my move in. Jeffrey literally pulled over in traffic as he was going home for the day to accommodate a 3 minute window that I was trying to make work. He then turned around to come back into work and help me finalize my lease. He then left me in the capable hands of Priscilla and Jennifer who assisted me in setting up my electricity and renters insurance, even past closing time. In summary, the warm, personable and unusually charitable service of the staff left me pleasantly surprised and reassured that any future issues I may have will be addressed promptly, professionally and amicably.
