Thought about posting, thought I made my point but then again it’s me that’s paying 3 different deductibles because my car keeps getting vandalized and hit while mason sits back and does absolutely nothing and act like their hands are tied. Are you kidding me ? A few good security cameras could easily help protect your residents and their property. This is not cheap rent we pay 1500 for a small one bed room box we paid for that security cameras at least 100x times. Again James it cost 0 to be empathic. You chose to do the opposite almost as if you got off on telling your residents the people who pay your check to go to hell and you could care less about their safety and property. Again I have the time as you can see.
I do not recommend living here. The leasing agents/management staff are incredibly unfriendly and do not greet you or smile in passing. Maintenance requests go 72+ hours without response. Covered parking (that you pay extra for) is extremely limited and the staff routinely park their golf carts in the spaces closest to the door. Carts are never returned in a timely manner for resident use (e.g. assist with groceries). I've lived here over a year and have only been able to reach a staff member once by telephone when calling the main line (even when you leave a voicemail, the call is not returned). The elevators seem to break on a weekly basis. The hallways often smell of marijuana and the "pool rules" are never enforced, allowing excessive noise and parties extending all weekend long. There are no guest parking spots and street parking is in a sketchy area. The call box on the outside of the main entrance does not work, so you cannot "buzz" guests or food delivery in. Extremely inconvenient for the price you pay to live here.
Very very disappointed. We pay way to much money to mason Oliver the least they can do is put up security cameras in their parking lots on both buildings. I’m seeing countless reviews of people posting breaks that dates backs years, which begs the question do mason Oliver cares about the safety of their residents and property? Read the reviews you’ll find the answer is no. Unless you want to be paying a car deductible every Month because your car is consistently broken into or hit don’t move here because they won’t do anything. I’m not the 1st person who has been through this issue l. Granted they can’t control how people drivebut what they can do is pay for security cameras but that would require that they actually give a damn.
One of the worst residences of my life. It is dirty, consistently smells of sewer, staff are inattentive, it is way overpriced, high level of theft, the garage door remains broken for months on end. It truly is a horrible place to live. You can do better.
We moved in when it was under different management. The previous management was pretty lazy when it came to maintaining the property and helping residents. The switch to the new management hit a rough patch and things are always changing. The apartments are nice and spacious and they are renovating them even though they are perfectly fine. The reason for the 3 stars is really around safety and security. The parking garage gates are often left open due to them not working, which defeats the purpose of having gated parking. I frequently would see random people walking through the parking garage without purpose. The area in general isn't great as it isn't surprising to find homeless people sleeping or relieving themselves in the back parking lots and around the property. I also have seen people enter the property by hopping the fence into the swimming area, to which they then had access to the rest of the building. The other thing to be warned of is that this place reeks of pot and cigarette smoke in the halls and outside. It isn't a smoke-free property, so they are in their right to do so, but if you are sensitive to those smells you won't want to live here.
