I made an appointment to view the property with the leasing agent on-site. I got there within 10mins an agent was gone. Since I had time I walked the grounds myself an saw a meeting in the community area. I know they all saw me. I waited by the office for another 45mins till the agent I had spoken to showed up from the meeting. He explained that he forgot I was coming. Call back many times to get more info to no response.
Marlenne was very friendly, efficient and gracious, as was the entire staff. Everything was addressed in a very professional manner.
No electronic payment so you can't use a card The landlords are not forgiving at ALL I pay consistently early every month and the one month I pay late they charge me 40+ dollars in late fees I also had bed bugs in my apartment after moving in and management did nothing until 5 months later. No dishwasher. The gates are consistently broken. You can only enter AND EXIT with a remote so if you have a guest you'll have to wake to the gate to let them out or they can park on 3rd street and you still have to let them in and out with the gate remote I won't be renewing here in 2015
People skills is a quality not everyone has. Today I encountered myself with property Manager Camelia Hurtado. She presented herself in the most friendly matter. She gave me all the essential information one needs to rent at her location. As a future resident I strongly recommend asking for Camelia. She is friendly, knowledgable and reasonable.
Lived here for 4 years. Let me start with the one positive. They keep the grounds clean. Thats it, now the bad. Worst management I've ever dealt with. A/C took over a week to fix in July. Upstairs neighbors toilet leaked water into my apartment for 2 days. Took over 2 months to patch the hole in the roof. I'm sure you'd run into ol' racist Dennis if you live here. Moving in they did not replace the previous renters carpet. They did have a cleaned and it was good enough for me. I had 2 dogs living there. Paid my pet deposit and a $1000 security deposit. When I moved out they paid me $150 back on my refundable deposit. They stated that the padding under the carpet was full of pee, so they had to replace the carpet. My pets never peed in the home. They would have never known the padding was ruined unless they pulled up the carpet regardless. I tried fighting the deposit, but the management is so bad its like dealing with 4 year olds. You would think after moving in with used carpets and living there for 4 years they'd replace the carpet regardless. Very frustrating! Stay away from here because of the owners. Which is sad, great location and decent apartments.
